💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end payroll processing across multiple European regions at Ripple. You'll ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and labor regulations while supporting global mobility payroll activities. This role offers the chance to drive process improvements and integration of newly acquired entities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing across UK, Ireland, Switzerland, and other European entities
• Handle monthly payroll cycles and equity-related transactions (RSUs, stock options)
• Partner with ADP Celergo for data transmission and troubleshooting
• Own payroll bookkeeping and GL account matching processes

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of global payroll experience with European payroll exposure
• Confirmed experience leading multi-country payroll operations
• Strong expertise in equity compensation payroll (RSUs, options)
• Hands-on experience with ADP Celergo or global payroll platforms
