💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver technical training programs for a family-owned construction equipment leader. You will enhance technician skills and productivity through hands-on and classroom instruction, with extensive travel to Hawaii. This role offers career growth and tuition reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct technical training on electrical, hydraulics, and powertrain systems
• Design curricula and facilitate classes based on skills inventory results
• Coordinate training schedules with key company personnel
• Provide customer training and internal training as needed

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years technical training experience
• Must obtain Caterpillar CIAP certification within 2 years
• Valid CA Class C Driver's License with clean driving record
