💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an exceptional customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new team members and assist with daily operations and sales targets. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds.

• Passion for music and pop culture.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Knowledge of key retail KPIs like UPT and ADT.
