💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategy and execution of packaging, pricing, and monetization for PagerDuty's Operations Cloud platform. As the cross-functional decision-maker, you'll bridge Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to translate pricing strategy into measurable commercial outcomes. You'll also lead a team and modernize monetization infrastructure for faster execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and evolve packaging architecture including tiers, feature placement, and entitlement frameworks.
  • Lead SKU design and experimentation to quickly iterate on packaging changes.
  • Operationalize pricing for the field including discount governance and enablement materials.
  • Track pricing initiative performance and report on ARR impact by segment.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS spanning product management, pricing, or monetization.
  • Owned packaging architecture and feature tiering decisions end-to-end.
  • Track record of running pricing experiments and measuring commercial impact.
  • Experience managing pricing changes in the field such as migrations and repackaging.
