You'll identify and engage potential customers for Maxima's agentic AI accounting platform. You'll drive outbound prospecting and qualify leads to build pipeline for Account Executives. This role offers a path toward enterprise sales leadership in a high-growth startup backed by top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and qualify new opportunities via cold calls, emails, and social channels
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and fit
• Manage pipeline handoff and progression with Account Executives
• Partner with marketing on outbound campaigns and targeted programs

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of BDR or sales development experience in SaaS or technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach)
