💼 About This Role

You'll be the face of Clutch at our first retail location, assisting customers with vehicle pickups and sales. You'll ensure exceptional customer service and inspect vehicles for quality. This role offers the chance to shape the future of car buying in Canada.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Address customer needs and resolve issues
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues
• Complete customer paperwork and take notes
• Assist team members with various tasks

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• G2 Driver's License valid in Ontario
• Clean driver's abstract with no major infractions
• Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese

• Valid OMVIC License
• Passion for cars and automotive industry
• Experience with warranty products
