You'll partner with Farmers agents to serve commercial leads and build your own book of business. You'll drive the district's commercial insurance goals while enjoying strong support and commission sharing on policies secured with agents. This role offers onboarding, training, and the backing of the #1 Farmers district.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve and follow up on commercial leads with district agents.
• Reach out to personal lines clients who are business owners.
• Market and network to build your own commercial client base.
• Support agents in quoting, binding, and servicing commercial policies.

📋 Requirements

• Property & Casualty license—active or willingness to obtain
• Sales-minded and driven to achieve business goals
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Team-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
