🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily IT operations, systems, and networks
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Support IT service management with SLA tracking
• Administer Active Directory and identity management

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in IT operations or system administration
• Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD
• Experience with endpoint management tools like Intune or SCCM
• Knowledge of ITSM processes including incident and change management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central
• Familiarity with EDR and patch management tools
• Understanding of backup and access control principles
