Description

You will own the strategy, execution, and outcomes for Roblox developer growth in Japan. You'll work with large publishers, developers, and industry partners to drive adoption and build long-term ecosystem relationships, while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Creator teams.

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese and English
• BA or BS degree or equivalent
• 6+ years experience in technical project management
• Experience launching technical products in international markets
• Experience with Roblox Studio, Unity, or Unreal

Responsibilities

• Set team goals and monitor progress with key partners
• Partner with data scientists, product, and engineering teams
• Identify and quantify action items impacting product growth in the region
• Communicate risk factors and make difficult decisions
• Share reports reflecting impact of work with the company
