You'll bring an analyst's mindset and a builder's mentality to scale Mudflap's revenue engine. Combining deep analytical thinking with hands-on strategy, you'll optimize funnel performance and evolve the revenue tech stack. This role is key to driving smarter decision-making and enabling revenue teams to move faster.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and improve pre-sales processes, data cleanliness, and systems.
• Develop revenue strategies to strengthen network and improve customer experience.
• Identify and publish operational OKRs and KPIs to improve funnel conversion.
• Lead cross-functional teams to scale operations and optimize workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, project management, or business analytics.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for daily data manipulation and analysis.
• Proficiency in CRM design and implementation, guiding tech teams on integrations.
• Experience implementing end-to-end workflows from scratch for new products.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Background in marketplace or fintech companies.
• Proven ability to manage external vendor relationships.
