💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale a strategic deal desk function from the ground up, managing contract operations and leading two direct reports. You'll serve as a critical bridge between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations to optimize deal structures and ensure compliance. This is a key role in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including approvals and redlines.
  • Build deal desk playbooks, processes, and risk assessment frameworks.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and RevOps on deal structures.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop two direct reports on the deal desk team.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in deal desk, sales operations, or related revenue operations roles
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and pricing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of CPQ systems (Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or similar)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies with complex deal structures
  • Background in finance, accounting, or legal
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606)
