💼 About This Role

You'll manage Asia-side supply chain operations for AI hardware products, owning PCBA build execution and component supply planning. You will drive production pipeline smoothness and lead variance analysis in NetSuite ERP.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and manage PCBA build schedules aligned to demand.
• Track WIP daily, flag yield deviations, and drive corrective actions.
• Perform PO-to-invoice reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Run component-level MRP and manage shortage resolution.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in supply chain planning or procurement.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (PO, MRP, inventory, finance).
• Experience with contract manufacturers in electronics/PCBA.
• Strong procurement fundamentals: PO management, invoice reconciliation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Tier-1 EMS providers.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools for supply chain automation.
• APICS or equivalent supply chain certification.
