💼 About This Role

You'll build relationships with healthcare providers for a health-tech startup's prescription platform. You'll drive engagement through cold calls and digital outreach. This fully remote role lets you improve patient access to specialty medications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service to prescribers and office staff via phone and digital messages.
• Perform cold call outreach to build and maintain office relationships.
• Explain prescription lifecycle and program rules to provider offices.
• Triage and resolve order-related escalations and provider feedback.

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience in physician offices or healthcare delivery environments.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) platforms.
• Working understanding of medical prescription processing, including electronic prescription submission and prior authorization.
• Experience in cold outreach calls.
