You'll provide in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients, helping them regain independence and stay engaged in valued routines. This role offers flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume through an agency partner network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function for treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care

📋 Requirements

• Active occupational therapy license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR)

• Prior geriatric patient care experience
