💼 About This Role

You'll join a growth-stage fintech to scale our backend platforms for multiple teams. You'll own the full SDLC, drive test automation, and champion code quality across the team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and implement new processes, tools, and technologies
• Participate across the full SDLC from design to delivery
• Own unit and integration testing for new code
• Help identify and tackle technical debt in existing codebases

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Java programming experience
• Experience with asynchronous microservice architectures
• Proven experience designing and integrating REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with cloud services, ideally AWS

✨ Nice to Have

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with Spring Boot
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD
