You'll own and elevate the quality of Wheely's luxury chauffeur service in Paris, working directly with the General Manager. You'll deliver hands-on training, monitor service metrics, and intervene to maintain five-star standards. This role blends hospitality expertise with operational impact in a fast-growing scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging training to chauffeurs on luxury service standards.
• Monitor passenger feedback and service metrics for quality trends.
• Conduct mystery shops and structured quality assessments.
• Lead investigations into service incidents with discretion and urgency.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of group or classroom training for experienced professionals.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing luxury environment (five-star hospitality, premium aviation).
• Proven ability to coach and influence others while maintaining trust.
• Experience in environments with measured and audited service quality.
