💼 About This Role
You'll be on the frontlines of how users experience Artisan, helping them adopt a new way of working alongside AI employees. You'll own customer interactions across channels, resolve issues, and turn problems into product insights. This is a high-ownership role where you'll help define what great support looks like for AI employees.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own customer interactions across chat and email.
- Guide customers in understanding and adopting AI employees.
- Surface patterns and insights to product and engineering.
- Handle complex, undefined issues and drive to resolution.
📋 Requirements
- Native-level British English speaker
- 1-4+ years in customer support or success
- Strong communicator - clear, concise, and empathetic
- Comfortable working with technical SaaS products

- Experience supporting CRM, outbound, or sales tools
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or technical debugging
- Experience working with AI products or automation tools
