Description
You will partner with technical leaders to deeply understand hiring requirements, build creative sourcing strategies, and carry candidates through a full-cycle hiring process. You'll leverage data to increase ROI and conversion rates, strengthen employer brand, and provide regular updates to leadership. This role requires working five days a week in our downtown San Francisco office.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, including technical recruiting.
- Proven track record of developing and managing both high-volume pipelines and specialty technical positions.
- Strong sourcing skills—relentless and creative when it comes to finding talent.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (startup experience is a strong plus).
- Passionate about building recruiting functions from the ground up and wearing multiple hats.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy working under pressure.
- Excited about working five days in office in downtown San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Partner with technical leaders to understand requirements for priority hires and build creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage hard-to-find technical talent.
- Carry candidates through a top-tier, full-cycle hiring process, managing pipeline for technical positions across all channels, sourcing and closing both high-volume and niche roles.
- Leverage data to increase candidate ROI, conversion rates, build more efficient processes, keep stakeholders informed, and monitor hiring pace.
- Create frameworks to understand the market as it pertains to desired candidates across all technical roles.
- Help define and strengthen Ivo’s employer brand and candidate-facing materials.
- Provide regular hiring updates and metrics to leadership, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities.
