💼 About This Role

You'll shape value creation across Bumble and Badoo's consumable and credit economies, sitting at the intersection of product thinking, behavioural science, and commercial strategy. You'll own key parts of the pricing strategy, partner with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Commercial teams, and use rigorous experimentation and AI-enabled insights to optimise lifetime value.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own consumable and credit economy components to improve user lifetime value.
• Design and execute A/B tests end-to-end with statistical rigour.
• Build frameworks for defining value of new products using behavioural insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and shared ownership.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in pricing, monetization, product management, or analytics.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing design and interpretation.
• Experience with pricing and monetization strategies in tech, gaming, or dating products.
• Comfortable with modelling, scenario analysis, and risk trade-offs.
