💼 About This Role

You'll join Anaplan's GTM Operations team to build and deploy AI workflows that automate tasks across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. In your first year, you'll ship 5+ AI agents and enable 500+ GTM professionals. This role offers high visibility and a chance to shape AI strategy from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the intake funnel for AI and automation use cases across GTM functions
• Build lightweight AI-driven solutions using best-in-class tools and platforms
• Test and validate AI outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability
• Create documentation, playbooks, and video tutorials for non-technical users
• Track adoption and measure impact through defined metrics

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Operations, Information Systems, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, consulting, analytics, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT
• Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM processes
• Experience building or automating workflows
