💼 About This Role

You'll join the Payroll and Team Management team to build scalable full-stack software that powers Toast's Team Management platform. You'll design, develop, and deliver solutions that help restaurant owners pay wages and provide benefits. This role leverages cutting-edge AI tools to enhance development workflow and pioneer new approaches to building.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop robust and scalable full-stack software applications
• Own software development end-to-end from ideation to release
• Participate in architectural discussions and influence technical roadmap
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to other team members

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of back-end experience in Java, Kotlin, or other OO languages
• Proficient building production-grade software with AI development tools
• Proficient with modern web standards (React, TypeScript, REST, GraphQL)
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices
