🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate domestic/international shipments with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Track shipment status and resolve delays or documentation issues.
• Prepare shipping documents like invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms.
• Monitor logistics costs and support freight quotation and invoice verification.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3+ years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, and transportation processes.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS, or logistics tracking systems.

• Experience with international trade documentation.
• Familiarity with air, ocean, and ground freight.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis.
