You'll lead the global sales enablement strategy for a connected transportation IoT leader, ensuring the sales organization is equipped with capabilities and tools to drive revenue performance. You'll oversee product-aligned enablement teams and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to translate strategy into programs.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and lead global sales enablement strategy aligned to revenue priorities.
- Oversee product and solution enablement across Geotab's portfolio.
- Establish structured go-to-market readiness model for product launches.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to drive adoption of sales systems and AI tools.
๐ Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or go-to-market strategy.
- 5-8 years supervisory experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or IoT industries.

- Experience with value-based selling and customer lifecycle enablement.
- Data-driven leadership with ability to link enablement to business outcomes.
- Familiarity with AI integration in sales enablement.
