💼 About This Role

You'll join BLP Digital as a Sales Development Representative, connecting with decision-makers at industrial companies and creating new opportunities. You'll work closely with the Sales Team to build relationships and proactively drive the sales process. This role combines startup agility with the structure of a scaling business.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of targeted outreach to potential clients via cold calls and personalized messages.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and process analysis with key stakeholders.
  • Craft tailored value propositions for industrial stakeholders in Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
  • Continuously improve outbound sales tactics and stay ahead of market trends.

📋 Requirements

  • Professional fluency in German and English.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Psychology, Business or similar.
  • Confidence in cold calling and asking open-ended questions.
  • Accurate tracking of information in CRM (HubSpot).

  • Experience with P2P or O2C processes.
  • Resilience and ability to maintain momentum through long sales cycles.
  • Structured thinking and organizational skills.
