You'll join the NICE Analytics software engineering team to design and develop cloud-native microservices for a massively scalable analytics solution. You'll leverage AI tools like Claude Code and Java and Python to accelerate development and deliver high-quality software. This role stands out as NICE transitions to AI-assisted development, blending traditional coding with AI management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Enhance and improve software written in Java and Python
• Design and present projects to improve current processes and platform
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate software development
• Code and test projects according to SDLC best practices

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years developing cloud-native services in production
• Proficiency in Java and Python
• Experience with AI tools like Claude Code or OpenAI
• Experience with AWS (ECS, Kinesis, DynamoDB, Redis)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NLP or machine learning tools
• Experience with Analytics, Big Data, or Business Intelligence
• Experience as a Scrum Master
