💼 About This Role

You'll own the top of the funnel for Blackbird, a loyalty platform for top restaurants, sourcing leads and qualifying the best local spots. Your efforts will drive new restaurant acquisition and help build lasting industry relationships. This role offers a fast track to growing into a full-cycle Account Executive.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and source qualified leads for the Blackbird platform.
  • Complete 100+ daily outreach activities (calls, emails, social touches, door knocks).
  • Host qualification calls to assess prospect needs.
  • Schedule meetings and handoff to Account Executives.

📋 Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Comfortable making 100+ touches per day in a high-activity environment.
  • Resilience and grit to thrive in outbound prospecting.

  • Experience with field sales or in-person prospecting.
  • Connection to NYC restaurant or hospitality scene.
  • Experience selling a disruptive product in SMB tech sales.
