💼 About This Role

You'll develop monthly schedules and source 1099 physicians to ensure 24/7 coverage for hospitalist programs. You'll maintain strong provider relationships and coordinate with operations, credentialing, and recruiting teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate and distribute monthly shift schedules 6-12 months in advance
• Source and screen 1099 physicians to supplement staffing needs
• Manage additional pay approvals with VP of Physician Services
• Maintain provider data in ACT database and track exception pay

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in scheduling or staffing
• Experience with scheduling applications and software
• Proficiency in MS Office

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in healthcare staffing
