💼 About This Role

You'll engage with expectant mothers onsite at OB/GYN clinics to educate them about Delfina's pregnancy care platform and guide them through enrollment. You'll be the face of the program, building trust and ensuring a seamless patient experience. This role combines compassion with attention to detail in a highly patient-facing setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage patients onsite at OB/GYN clinics to introduce Delfina and assist with enrollment.
• Educate patients about benefits of continuous support through Delfina's platform.
• Guide patients through secure enrollment, ensuring accurate data entry and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to integrate enrollment smoothly into patient flow.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in healthcare or patient-facing roles (e.g., medical assistant, patient navigator).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — warm, approachable, confident.
• Organizational strength and reliability to manage multiple conversations and records.
• Comfort with technology including tablets, mobile apps, and HIPAA-compliant digital forms.
