💼 About This Role

You'll help improve AI reasoning across the insurance industry by contributing your expertise to a structured training project. You'll work with an elite AI lab on insurance investments, underwriting, and actuarial analysis. This is a remote asynchronous contract with a minimum 15-hour weekly commitment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and solve structured problems in insurance investments
• Provide clear written explanations of underwriting decisions
• Review and improve AI-generated actuarial reasoning
• Complete at least 15 hours of asynchronous work per week

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a major P&C or Life carrier
• Associate or VP level in investments, underwriting, or actuarial
• For actuarial: FSA/FCAS or near-credentialed status
• Ability to articulate analytical judgment clearly in writing

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ALM or duration matching
• Familiarity with RBC or Solvency II regulatory capital
• Background in commercial lines or specialty underwriting
