• Lead development teams respecting deadlines and budget.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in the video game industry with 5+ years in production.
• 3+ years of team management experience in gaming.
• Shipped a game from pre-production to launch as Associate Producer.
• Data-driven with Workload vs. Capacity evaluation skills.
