🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle IT support tickets for hardware, software, and access management
• Run technology onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support meeting room video conferencing and AV systems
• Maintain accurate records through IT asset stock takes

📋 Requirements

• Current university student in an Information Technology related degree
• Comfortable working with macOS and cloud-based tools like Google Workspace
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
