🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze data and develop reports and KPIs using SQL/BigQuery
• Monitor performance and propose improvements in sales journeys and customer communication
• Create digital campaigns for engagement and retention
• Lead sales teams in EPS (active sales fronts)

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed
• SQL and BigQuery knowledge
• Experience in digital sales channels for credit products
• Experience with reports, metrics, and process improvement
