💼 About This Role

You'll accelerate vertical market development in Arkansas across transportation mitigation and water quality platforms. You'll serve as the face of RES to clients, agencies, and industry partners, identifying and closing opportunities for ecological restoration and resilience solutions. This role blends relationship-building, strategic planning, and technical insight.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify leads for ecological restoration projects.
  • Manage external relationships with clients and regulators.
  • Lead proposal development and deal structuring.
  • Track permitting timelines and manage cross-functional resources.

📋 Requirements

  • BS/BA in Environmental Science, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in related industry with complex solutions.
  • Experience structuring deals and assessing financial health.
  • Experience in multi-year sales to multiple stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with CWA 404/402/401 permits and approvals.
  • Knowledge of stream/wetland design and construction methods.
  • Relationships with local, state, federal regulators in the region.
