Description

You will own the operational engine behind lifecycle communications and product marketing comms to Maven members, evolving it into an AI-native, automated, and highly scalable system. You'll partner with Product, Clinical, and Marketing teams to drive engagement, retention, and behavior change across email, push, and in-app channels.

Requirements

• Experience owning lifecycle operations and tools like Braze
• Ability to build scalable, automated systems and workflows
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and analytics
• Experience partnering with Product and Clinical teams

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle operations systems including Braze, segmentation, personalization, QA, scheduling, and performance tracking
• Build an AI-native lifecycle engine by identifying opportunities for AI-driven personalization and automation
• Manage intake, prioritization, and execution workflows across stakeholders using tools like Jira
• Translate product features and clinical protocols into lifecycle strategies that drive adoption and behavior change
• Design and execute A/B tests, report on lifecycle performance, and support clinical goals through targeted touchpoints
