You'll architect scalable systems and coach 3 engineers to high-autonomy delivery. This role bridges clinical research and seamless member experience at a fast-growing health-tech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical roadmap and system design for the Scoring domain
• Drive professional growth of 3 engineers through coaching and performance management
• Productionise complex research models into high-performance software
• Partner with Product and Science to ensure accurate biological scoring

📋 Requirements

• Expert engineer with distributed systems and API design experience
• Proven track record of leading small teams and delivering feedback
• Experience turning research logic into reliable user-facing insights
• Comfortable with Kotlin, Python, GCP, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Terraform
