Description

As the Weekend Concierge (4pm-12am), you'll be the first person prospects and residents meet when they come home. You'll solve problems, plan events, and build brand loyalty through social media and exceptional service.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sharp professional appearance
• Competent with various software, apps, and computer programs
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects
• Plan and execute events that engage residents and foster community
• Build brand loyalty through positive experiences and community care
• Generate awareness via social media and encourage resident reviews
• Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators
