You'll provide direct support to individuals with mental health, substance use, or trauma issues, drawing on your own lived experience. You'll work at a 16-bed Crisis Stabilization facility in San Francisco's Tenderloin district, making a meaningful impact in an underserved community.

  • Share personal recovery experiences to inspire and guide others
  • Support clients in developing coping skills and wellness plans
  • Facilitate peer support groups and activities
  • Document client progress and collaborate with treatment team

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Lived experience with mental health, substance use, or trauma
  • 80-hour Peer Support Learning training or equivalent completed within 90 days

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Current behavioral intervention training certification
  • Experience in crisis stabilization settings
