As a Senior Cloud Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support and escalation cases for top-tier Fortune 500 customers. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with Engineering and DevOPS, and create technical documentation to enhance the support experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience supporting large enterprise customers
- Strong TCP/IP knowledge
- Prior experience supporting network security technologies such as Proxies, NG Firewall
Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for technical support and escalation cases
- Regularly communicate status updates to customers
- Troubleshoot issues and find workarounds
- Collaborate with peers, customers, Sales, and Customer Experience
- Write technical notes, knowledge base articles, and solutions for Support Portal
