As a Senior Cloud Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support and escalation cases for top-tier Fortune 500 customers. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with Engineering and DevOPS, and create technical documentation to enhance the support experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience supporting large enterprise customers
  • Strong TCP/IP knowledge
  • Prior experience supporting network security technologies such as Proxies, NG Firewall

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for technical support and escalation cases
  • Regularly communicate status updates to customers
  • Troubleshoot issues and find workarounds
  • Collaborate with peers, customers, Sales, and Customer Experience
  • Write technical notes, knowledge base articles, and solutions for Support Portal
