💼 About This Role

You'll manage complex IT and Finance Systems implementations at a clinical-stage vaccine innovation company. You'll drive cross-functional delivery across planning, requirements, system design, testing, deployment, training, and change management. This role offers the chance to improve data integrity and operational efficiency in a mission-driven biotech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day PM activities for ERP implementation across finance, supply chain, and data/analytics workstreams.
• Coordinate recurring meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documenting minutes and action items.
• Maintain project artifacts like project plan, RAIDD log, and status tracking tools.
• Monitor progress across workstreams, proactively identifying risks and issues, and escalating as appropriate.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, information technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT system implementations involving finance applications.
• Experience with change management frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet including complex plan development, automation, and dashboards.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or other regulated scientific environments.
• Familiarity with GxP validation practices and documentation.
