As a Technical Account Manager at Samsara, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, proactively optimizing customers' technical health and driving long-term adoption of the Samsara platform. You'll translate operational goals into technical solutions, foster collaboration with internal teams, and manage incident communications.
Requirements
- Deep technical acumen with IoT, SaaS, or related platform experience
- Consultative problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., TAM, support engineer)

- Execute transformational technical account management, developing tailored success plans and mitigating risks
- Demonstrate deep technical acumen as the primary technical point of contact for the Samsara platform
- Provide consultative problem-solving, owning the technical ticket lifecycle and conducting root cause analysis
- Communicate with influence and clarity, leading customer meetings and quarterly technical reviews
