You'll partner with leaders to support day-to-day organizational priorities at a leading AI lending marketplace. You'll provide hands-on coaching, performance management, and employee relations support to help teams scale while driving consistency across People programs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise managers on team scaling and talent development.
• Partner with managers to identify and develop high performers.
• Resolve employee relations issues through thorough investigations.
• Support core HR programs like performance cycles and engagement surveys.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-10+ years of Human Resources experience as HRBP or generalist.
• Experience with performance management and employee relations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
