💼 About This Role

You'll lead digitization tasks and workflows for a new team at CivilGrid, a SaaS construction tech company building the "Google Maps for the Underground." Your core impact will be delivering insights from engineering record drawings and as-builts to accelerate real estate and infrastructure decisions. This role offers tremendous upside in a fast-moving startup environment where you'll own meaningful outcomes from Day 1.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate digitization tasks and workflows
• Provide detailed markup and interpretation of utility engineering records
• Conduct quality assurance on digitized deliverables
• Manage subcontractors, internal teams, and customers

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in project management within subsurface utility engineering (SUE)
• Strong ability to interpret civil engineering plans, record drawings, and as-builts
• Comfortable with GIS and/or CAD software (ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation)
• Proficiency with project management tools (task tracking, stakeholder reporting)
