You'll own and evolve the product development lifecycle, building AI-powered workflows and scalable infrastructure for a product organization serving FinTech, Healthcare, and HR Tech domains. Your work will directly reduce coordination overhead and enable teams to focus on high-judgment work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design AI-powered workflows to reduce administrative product work
• Maintain knowledge layer and sources of truth for the product org
• Drive adoption and upskilling of product tools and AI workflows
• Scale high-impact patterns into shared standards

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product operations, product management, or strategy/operations
• Track record of building systems and tooling, not just managing processes
• Deep fluency with AI as a core part of your workflow
• Strong product judgment applied to internal systems
