💼 About This Role

You'll define and operationalize AI-driven marketing strategy to improve effectiveness and efficiency across the organization. You'll balance near-term efficiency gains with longer-term transformational AI investments. This role acts as the connective tissue between Marketing, RevOps, Data, and IT teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the marketing AI strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Identify, prioritize, and define high-impact AI use cases across marketing functions.
• Evaluate AI-powered marketing technologies and build business cases for adoption.
• Lead enablement efforts to drive adoption of AI capabilities across marketing teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, analytics, or marketing strategy.
• Proven experience defining and leading AI or advanced analytics strategies within a marketing organization.
• Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks (CRM, MAP, ABM platforms).
