Description

As Vice President of Investor Services at a global private markets specialist, you will lead the investor servicing operations to deliver a white-glove client experience. You'll oversee daily functions, drive process automation via the Investor Portal, manage junior team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in private markets industry within a client service-related role
• Strong process orientation, entrepreneurial mindset, and experience in data reporting
• Experience with digital enablement tools, data analytics, fund reporting, and Salesforce/CRM solutions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced market-sensitive environment
• Experience managing junior team members

Responsibilities

• Serve as manager for Investor Service matters, ensuring operational efficiencies across inbox management, document postings, transfers, and Portal initiatives
• Build out functional areas and processes for CRM system, dashboard reporting, and roles across third-party vendors, Fund Accounting, and Tax
• Identify and lead implementation of automated/tech solutions to improve efficiency and reduce risk by eliminating manual touchpoints
• Foster a working relationship with DATS and SPAR for areas of automation
• Elevate client experience through unified stakeholder engagement and proactive escalation management
