💼 About This Role

You'll lead Torq's Western US sales team as Area Vice President, driving revenue for our AI SOC platform. You'll own multi-million dollar targets, develop sales directors, and execute market strategy in a high-growth cybersecurity company. This role offers direct impact on company growth and leadership of a top-performing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives
  • Develop and execute West Coast sales strategy
  • Own and exceed regional revenue targets
  • Conduct pipeline reviews, forecasting, and deal inspections

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software or cybersecurity sales experience
  • Proven success exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets
  • Experience leading enterprise sales across Western US
  • Ability to coach and develop sales leaders

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with SOAR, automation, or security operations platforms
  • MBA or related advanced degree
