You'll lead Torq's Western US sales team as Area Vice President, driving revenue for our AI SOC platform. You'll own multi-million dollar targets, develop sales directors, and execute market strategy in a high-growth cybersecurity company. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives
- Develop and execute West Coast sales strategy
- Own and exceed regional revenue targets
- Conduct pipeline reviews, forecasting, and deal inspections
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise software or cybersecurity sales experience
- Proven success exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets
- Experience leading enterprise sales across Western US
- Ability to coach and develop sales leaders
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with SOAR, automation, or security operations platforms
- MBA or related advanced degree
