💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia and regional markets, ensuring accurate and timely payments. You'll manage statutory compliance and vendor coordination. This role offers high trust and precision in a scaling tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process end-to-end monthly payroll for Malaysia and regional markets
• Manage statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax)
• Perform payroll reconciliations and validations before payout
• Coordinate with payroll vendors and EOR providers

📋 Requirements

• Experience in payroll operations, preferably multi-country
• Strong understanding of Malaysian payroll legislation
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS tools
• High attention to detail and confidentiality

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with regional payroll in Southeast Asia
• Knowledge of HRIS integration and automation
