• Lead and manage staff during shifts
• Pick and pack items for customer orders
• Manage Delivery Partners for smooth dispatch
• Receive inbound goods and resolve discrepancies

📋 Requirements

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment
• Working knowledge of web-based software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Flexibility to cover shifts between 7am and 3am
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
