You will lead and coach a team of locum tenens recruiters, driving performance through data-driven insights and one-on-one coaching. You'll also maintain your own recruitment desk while serving as an escalation point for clinician issues. Your work ensures Aya Healthcare continues to deliver exceptional workforce solutions in the healthcare industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (industry experience can substitute)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Locum Tenens staffing
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
• At least 3 years as a top producer in a sales position
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with recruiters to review KPIs and identify improvements
• Drive individual and team performance to exceed metrics and goals
• Review and utilize reporting to guide decision-making in meetings
• Serve as an escalation point for clinician complaints and reassignments
• Manage up to 4 direct reports while maintaining your own recruitment desk
