🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a team of procurement professionals
• Negotiate SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and DPAs
• Optimize Ironclad and Coupa systems for procure-to-pay workflows
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3+ years in procurement, contract management, or commercial operations
• People management experience with direct reports
• Exceptional negotiation skills with knowledge of commercial legal terms

• SaaS industry experience
• Hands-on experience with Ironclad and Coupa
